I’ve been rather naughty and haven’t kept up with my blog very well. Please excuse me,I have been exceptionally busy.
The workshops have ended for the year now but there will be more next year.Once again i will be holding them at Heydon and the Wind Museum Repps, but this year I have a new venue that I’m very excited about. I will be holding at least one workshop per month in The museum of the Broads in Stalham my home town. There’s likely to be a 1 hour boat trip included on the resident boat The Falcon too. The museum boasts all the history of the broads.I din’t realise it was so good until I went in there to arrange these workshops. There are many painting opportunities and many units in which to get inspiration and also be under cover if the weather is bad. Either way there are ample opportunities for a very enjoyable day out and to have the run of the museum to be able to paint wherever you choose, indoor or out,and you are right by the river too in a lovely setting right at the edge of the broads in Stalham.
This year will also see some multi media days too and with my venture into watercolours also I am now able to let watercolourists attend with some confidence and conviction. Of course we will still be doing graphite and coloured pencils and Pastels. If you are interested in my workshops for next year drop me a line and i will take your details and interests and get back to you with final details of dates and venues once confirmed.Early interest and booking may be advised.
Since I last wrote we have had another addition to the household in the form of a little sister for Hunni. Her name is Rosie and she’s a shitzu….and quite a character too.Christmas is fast approaching.I would advise ordering any gifts or cards etc you may be interested in as early as possible to make sure they are with you for the big day.Of course you can still have them all with my own artwork on or bespoke made with your own photos /art on.
I will be attending Sprowston community craft fair in December and Hellesdon on the 14th November soIi would be great to see any of you that can make it.Please be sure to say who you are and where you saw my stuff/posts or whatever.I do like to connect with people!
This month also saw me feature in the “Lets Talk” magazine. It’s still on the shelves for a few weeks if you are interested in the article.
Until next time…..be happy and smile,it makes others wonder what you’ve been up too!!
